В СМИ появились сообщения, что и известному режиссеру и актеру Мэлу Гибсону пришлось занизить цену своего особняка, чтобы он вызвал хоть какой-то интерес у покупателей.
Сумма «скидки» составила 10 миллионов долларов. Поместье Old Mill Farm было построено 84 года назад.
Объект насчитывает 15 спален, 18 ванных комнат и 5 гаражей, а его общая площадь составляет 1474 квадратных метра. Кроме того, на 30 гектарах земли построены дома для гостей, дома для прислуги, бассейн, теннисный корт и другие объекты.
Поместье Мэл пытается продать с 2007 года, первоначальная цена сделки должна была составить 39,5 миллионов рублей, однако по такой цене дом актера не захотели покупать, и тогда ему пришлось снизить стоимость на звездную недвижимость до 29,75 миллионов долларов. После выгодной уценки сделка состоялась, хотя ее детали до сих пор держатся в секрете.
Отметим, что это не первый опыт продажи собственных домов у Гибсона, не так давно он выставил на продажу еще один свой особняк в городе Малибу.
